Each year we take stock of the incredible achievements by our Nationwide team in our annual Fluid End of Year Awards, where we recognise the work throughout the year of our dedicated team.

This year we hired a boat on the edge of the River Thames with breath-taking views of the City for our gala evening. The event was to celebrate the outstanding success of the company in 2018, but also to reward certain members of our teams who’ve really excelled this year, to honour their hard work in being an integral part of the company’s success.

This year saw winners from 8 categories ranging from Rookie of the Year to Lifetime Achievement, with 35 nominees from our management & administrative teams.

Winners from the nominees were then carefully selected by the Directors and we’re proud to announce the winners of each category;

Thanks to our amazing team who made all this possible, and what a way to see out this record breaking year for the company!

To further recognise our staff into 2019, we’ve launched Star Cleaner, a new monthly award, with two cleaners from each region each month being nominated by their managers and colleagues for that special something that’s really made them stand out. Find out all about Star Cleaner here.
