Alister Gregson | GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

Having qualified as a quantity surveyor in the mid-eighties, Alister spent the next six years working within the construction industry. Due to the recession, in the early Nineties, Alister teamed up with an old college friend and entered the world of contract cleaning. The very first contract being Pitcher & Piano in Fulham, where for the initial four weeks, Alister did the daily cleaning himself.

In 1998 Alister’s close friend and business partner passed away, so Alister formed Fluid Options UK Limited.

Totally self-financed and with no investors, the business has grown from strength to strength.  The company, which operates throughout mainland UK, now directly employs 900 cleaners, cleans 750 sites every day.

 

Matt Gregson | OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Having worked previously with the business in the early 1990s, Matt re-joined Fluid in 2002 after working a number of years in the catering industry.

Matt is responsible for the daily operation of the business; guiding the nationwide operations and customer service teams to ensure that customers receive a consistent, quality service. He also oversees the special works division, health & safety, and HR; as well as liaising with suppliers.

Shaun Orchard | COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Shaun joined Fluid in 2013 after 20 years in the catering sector, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge about the standards that managers require within their cleaning contracts. 

He heads up the commercial side of the business and has a team of experienced surveyors quoting and making sure that all new business/contracts are communicated efficiently to the operations team. He keeps in contact with all customers old and new to make sure Fluid is providing the best service we can.

 

Mariusz Drab | REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Mariusz has been with Fluid since 2001. He started as a Cleaning Supervisor and was promoted within the business due to his hard work and organisational skills. He also has hardworking Contracts Manager’s working with him Joanna, Iza, Renata, Agnes and Peter who cover an area from London to East Anglia.

Andrzej Kotz | REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Andrzej has been with Fluid since 1998 and started as a cleaning Supervisor. He was promoted within the business due to his now famous attention to detail.  Andrzej covers Central and South London. He has hardworking Contracts Manager’s working with him: Ewelina, Daniel, Greg and Kamil.

Jarek Dekert | REGIONAL MANAGER

Jarek has been with Fluid since 2005 working his way up from a cleaner, he was promoted to regional manager in the autumn of 2015. He is known for his ability to organise and solve any issues quickly and efficiently. Jarek covers Wales and The South West.  He is ably assisted by his Contracts Managers: Daniel, Magic and Peter. 

Karol Dunajewski | REGIONAL MANAGER

Karol has been part of the team since 2005 and has worked in all of the divisions.  He was previously a Fluid contracts manager, looking after a large part of the South East.  As a regional manager he bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and organisation for the busy South East area that he covers.

 

Kris Ciesielski | REGIONAL MANAGER

Kris has been with Fluid since 2005 and started as a cleaning supervisor. Because of his “can do", "nothing is a problem” attitude, he was promoted to Contracts manager. Following our expansion, Kris was promoted to regional manager for the Midlands and the North.  He has three hardworking Contracts Managers: Jack, Barbara and Darek who work closely with him to achieve the standard of cleaning that Kris and Fluid demand.

Michal Durlik | HELPDESK MANAGER

Michael has been at Fluid for over 10 Years and there really isn’t a problem/solution/issue/request that he hasn’t dealt with! 

Helpdesk is our 24 hour dedicated helpline that all of our customers use for anything they need and we are very proud of it (and Michal and his Team for running it so well).

Nick Hamilton | GENERAL MANAGER - SPECIALIST WORKS DIVISION

Nick's recent appointment to the management team strengthens our growing Specialist Works division. Nick brings a wealth of Project Management and Operational experience from a diverse range of industries including pharmaceuticals property and NHS Procurement . Our Specialist Works division offers vital ad hoc and emergency cleaning support to our clients. 

Tomek Borysewicz | PROJECTS MANAGER - SPECIALIST WORKS DIVISION

Tom has been with Fluid for over 15 years. He is an expert on specialist cleaning works and is a key member of our Operations team. He heads up our team of 40 specialist cleaners ably assisted by Paulina and Adam. The specialist cleaning team manages all our Floor Restoration, High Level cleaning, Awnings and Jumbrellas, Patio and Decking, Deep Kitchen Cleaning, and Carpets and Upholstery works.
